An installation with the invitation to lay down with the work in non-doing.

Arriving at my work space I start with lying down on the floor and surrender my body to gravity. The body and the earth slowly start to relate. After a while, when trust is established, from the earth a natural push starts to occur that supports the standing up motion. Taking this lying down in non-doing seriously is expressed in these works.
The shapes in the clay are build up layer by layer and are based on the human body. The soaking wet clay connects with the blanket and needs time to dry. The circumstances define the drying time and together with the shape of the clay the blanket will move upwards.
